Join us for light hors d’oeuvres in Estancia’s Trinitas Cellars Private Dining Room to learn the art of mixology from Mixologist Jono Tapp, taste two specialty cocktails paired perfectly with desserts, and mingle with the host of KPBS Evening Edition Peggy Pico!

The two cocktails to be made will include Estancia's barrel tequila and their barrel whiskey (Jack Daniels). Both barrels have been created exclusively for Estancia La Jolla. You will have lots of fun learning about the products and how they were made. The event will be a teaching/hands-on cocktail lesson where you will enjoy drinking at least 2 cocktails made during the process. Paired desserts, fruit-infused water and coffee will also be available.
