Gwen Ifill • Gwen Ifill is moderator and managing editor of "Washington Week" and senior correspondent for "The PBS NewsHour." The best-selling author of "The Breakthrough: Politics and Race in the Age of Obama," (Doubleday, 2009), she also moderated the Vice Presidential debates during the Presidential elections in 2004 and 2008. Gwen has covered six Presidential campaigns, and during the 2008 campaign season, won the George Foster Peabody Award after bringing Washington Week to live audiences around the country as part of a 10-city tour. Parking is complimentary (no permit required) for all event guests from 5:30-9:00p.m. in Parking Structure 2 (PS2) on Levels 1-3 only. Signs will be posted. PS2 is located on Hardy Avenue behind the KPBS building. Once you park your car, exit the structure on foot onto Hardy Avenue and walk one block east to Campanile Drive. Enter the glass doors to the KPBS Lobby for check-in. For tax purposes, the fair market value of this event is $50.00 per person.
